Walking:

Move according to what attracts and repels you
Notice the speed of your movements in relation to what attracts and repels you
Consider basic reflexes such as moving from shade into light
Follow only your body’s instincts to map your route


After walking:

Eat something in slow motion and listen to it
Spend 3 minutes chewing and swallowing one bite
